This guy is who you want on your side. He was very helpful, fast and responsive. He went out of his way to make sure my concerns was answered by doing a great amount of Research on my case. I highly recommend the probate guy. Thank you very much.

Robert was the only attorney to return my inquiry; I tried to make contact with many to settle a family members estate.

Being able to do all communication without having to drive back and forth to OC was a blessing with my intense work schedule and my mother's not so great health.

Everything was explained and paperwork completed in a timely manner despite being in the throes of covid.

I am forever grateful that Robert The Probate Guy got all this mess settled and finalized.

Where do I begin? I contacted Robert with an extremely complicated probate case, involving a relative who was trying to fraudulently take possession of two properties that rightfully belonged to my sister and I, as the legal heirs. Upon our initial contact, he looked into the matter and gave me so much free information about the status of the property taxes, the illegal title changes that had been made with the county, as well as loans taken out on the properties. All of that information was given to me before I agreed to actually hire him as our attorney. He did all of that during our initial phone call, while I was explaining everything. Prior to Robert, I had consulted with two other attorneys, both of whom had been unable to follow and process the facts I presented them. Both attorneys could see how much of a mess this case would be, therefore one opted out, and the other suggested we do some illegal things to regain possession of the properties. Robert stepped up to the plate and took on the challenge. He was able to follow the facts of the case from the jump. The process has been a long drawn out ordeal, but to no fault of Robert's. Remember, I said this was a complicated case. It involved title reversals, a loan shark, and so much drama! Through it all, Robert soldiered through and got it done. Whenever I called with questions, he was always available. He was thorough in his explanations of the legal processes and honestly just a great guy to speak with. While I hope to never have to go through probate ever again, just know that if I did, Robert would be who I would call.
