I think 1 star is enough for them. They have good customer service and they know exactly how to show their bright teeth! But that should never end there, because I signed a form to get a service and it was never received! I was injured in a car accident, and in return, I lose my car and get nothing in return. The lawyer was not helpful and I don't even think she negotiated an amount. They care about their piece of pie and they're good to go!
When it comes to front desk service, yes they're up there, but when you get into serious stuff, they're amateurs and not helpful!
