Paul's practice is primarily dedicated to defending clients charged with DWI and DUI in the Circuit Courts of Washington and Madison County and the District Courts of Fayetteville, Springdale, West Fork, Prairie Grove, Farmington, Huntsville, and Siloam Springs. Paul has been trained to perform the same Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) as the police and has also been trained on the operation of the Intoximeter EC/IR II (blood alcohol content) breath testing machine. Paul also has over fifteen years handling DWI cases as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. There is no substitute for experience and training when it comes to defending a DWI case.
