I highly recommend Eric's legal services, his knowledge and experience with business law helped us take our company to the next level. During a high growth period, we needed someone who was extremely communicative and willing to walk us through the process so that we knew we were taking the right steps with our business.

Highly recommend Eric as he thoroughly explained the positive and negative aspects of my matter so that I was able to make an informed decision. Eric also promptly answered all of my phone calls and texts when I had questions.

Insincere. Offensive. Admitting later he knew he could not 'win' my case. Yet, he took it anyway and made out with almost 3 x more than myself. I have worked with attorneys who take one third, not the other way around. In his justification were his version of time spent, which (although I asked to see a running list or updates of any kind along the brief time we worked together, I never did) were sprung on me with no warning. Any 'evidence' was procured by me and not used regardless. I lost over 15,000 in an open and shut during the middle of winter in the Pandemic. Stay as far away from him and his nasty, to the point if abusive, external colleague'Ben' as possible.

I utilized Mr. Proos services for the start up of my business. He was very professional and detailed in explaining the process to me. He also made me feel very relaxed and confident in the completion of my business structure.

Let me start off by saying Eric is not only a professional, he actually cares about helping you resolve your legal matter. I was in a motorcycle accident on the 10 and had to go to the emergency room. Due to my injuries, I was unable to work. Eric helped me make sure everything was handled correctly, from the insurance companies to the hospital. Because of Eric and his thoroughness, all my bills were taken care of and I was able to have some leftover to cover the time I could't work.
I am extremely thankful I chose to work with him and will be sure to contact him if I need an attorney in the future.

EDIT: I recently contacted Eric for help with some questions in regards to my rental property. He didn't skip a beat and was able to answer all my questions. We will be working together in the future for sure!

Eric was an absolute asset as my husband and I tried to navigate the unknowns of the contract process. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the matter at hand, handled it with ease, and ensured that my husband and I understood every step of the way - using layman's terms, not typical lawyer jargon! He was discrete, available, responsive, quick, and flexible with communications, including text messages - which was appreciated, making decisions and clarifications quick to resolve. Eric left no stone unturned during the process, which gave us great relief and confidence in the contract that was drafted and how it would hold up in the long run.

I would 100% recommend (& HAVE recommended!) Eric to anyone looking for contract development - or for any legal advice. And if he doesn't specialize in certain matters, it is almost guaranteed he has someone within his network to work with or to recommend. It was a pleasure working with Eric, would absolutely work with him again.

There is no one I trust more when it comes to legal matters than Eric. Not only is he one of the smartest, kindest, hardest working people I know, but he's a longtime friend. I've know Eric for years, but just recently started working with him on a professional level.
