Add ReviewGemma Zanowski is an amazing attorney. I am so thankful for Gemma. I've had the pleasure of Gemma representing me on two occasions for injuries. I felt at ease during both processes. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, professional, and passionate Gemma is. Gemma genuinely cares about her clients and will fight for everything you deserve. It's difficult to find good lawyers these days. I am so grateful I found someone so loyal and trustworthy like Gemma to represent me. She stayed in constant contact; checking on me after my doctor's appointments, and just to check the status of my health in general. Gemma gave me frequent updates on my case and explained the process in detail. It was so relieving having Gemma ensure my family and I that my case was a priority. Gemma's amazing work ethic made it so easy for me to just focus on my healing process while she tackled all the complicated legal stuff. I recommend you call Gemma and see for yourself how different she feels compared to other lawyers, who just want to bounce you around to doctors and collect their fees. Save yourself a lot of time, and call Gemma if you want the best!Report

She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer! I am so grateful that she represented meReport

For a very long (five years) time, the Stritmatter law firm represented us in our personal injury lawsuit against Washington State and Mason County for our nearly fatal car wreck. We asserted that the State and County failed to make a simple improvement to the intersection making it much safer, until after the crash occurred. Laurie spent four months at Harborview Hospital critical/intensive care, and she suffers traumatic brain injury, aphasia, and limited mobility that impact her daily living.Report
Throughout the duration of the lawsuit, Ray Kahler, Keith Kessler, and Brian Ladenburg kept us regularly appraised, skillfully and thoughtfully guided us through depositions and mediations; as well as realistically assessing the merits of our case. Also reassuring and helpful were the paralegals and staff. They always were supportive, understanding, and helpful in coordinating meetings, assessments, and document procurement.
While the entire ordeal was very stressful (especially for Laurie), the entire law firm (even Paul himself) made it bearable. Without their personable support, Laurie would not have been able to endure the complexity, delays, and emotional impact. For that and the favorable outcome, Laurie has made considerable improvement. With the settlement we have been able to move into a retirement community with a continuum of services that will provide us the assurance of lifetime care.
We are very grateful for the representation and support and would/will welcome any opportunity to refer potential clients to the Stritmatter firm.

I am very grateful for contacting the law firm Stritmatter Kessler Koehler Moore to resolve the issue I had dealing with auto insurance company. At first, I was trying to represent myself and resolve the auto accident claim with the insurance company of the person who caused the accident. However, they were undermining my injury and pain to the point that they didn't even acknowledged it.Report
Finally, I decided to contact a lawyer, Lisa Benedetti, at the law firm Stritmatter Kessler Koehler Moore. She was vey gracious enough to take my case to help me out in dealing with the insurance company.
Lisa was very thorough and very deliberate performing her job to bring satisfactory result. On addition to the medical reports, she interviewed me to have basic understanding about my health issues that were resulted because of the accident. She presented to the insurance company the damage this accident caused to my health until they grasped the seriousness of the issue.
Each time I had called to request any update of the status, she responded to me with assurances that I would be compensated for pain that I went through.
I really appreciate the work Lisa and Elodie Daquila, the Paralegal, put forth to resolve my case to a satisfactory conclusion. Thank you

Apparently since the cops didn't actually break my arm or something they are not interested. Advised it's a precedent setting case. She hung up. Too bad so sad my money is not good enough for you huh?
The right and wrong is not the issue it seems it's the money or my lack of it possibly?Re: Unwilling to help when of ...
