Tom Smith doesn't return calls nor will he simply tell his receptionist if he is doing any work on my case. I’m an attorney and the professional courtesy most attorneys show one another is absent. Our first conversation was 8-12 and now it is 8-23. JESUS!

Save yourself the trouble and don't call these folks. They will do nothing but bill against your retainer and you'll be left worse off than before you engaged them. They are unresponsive and will do nothing to help you navigate your case.

Don’t do business with this attorney extremely arrogant and rude, contacted his office to see if he can represent us in a civil case, sent him the file weeks before he initiated a courtesy call back to discuss the case and get an idea what we should expecting or what would be the best move based on his experience all what we talked about is money and his retainer which was his main concern, very very unprofessional manner I felt like I’m a 3rd grade student very arrogant, I made sure to tell him money is not an issue, I asked him if he can research this business before we go into a law suit so we can at least determine our options his response no we can’t do it all what we can do is see if his entity is still active which I said I already done it, the purpose of checking out this company is to see if they still in business or do they have any assets that we can go after, he’s not interested in representing you all what he cares about how much money you putting on the table.
At the end I had FU him for his ignorance

I was referred to them for a consultation. Katelyn was very helpful in getting scheduled. Also, Misty was really great about explaining what would be necessary to move forward, and giving key information about the type of case I had.

The only reason for the lower review is because of pricing. I understand these a professionals and the price may be worth it. In order to get a demand letter drafted, it would’ve cost me 3 hours of work, or $2000. Additionally work related to working my case wouldve started at another $2k, which is unafforable at this time.

Again, Misty was really great in prepping me to represent myself! I’ve spoken to 3 other firms who would not answer a specific question without retainer fee. Im grateful I was able to speak with her
