Stay away from this law firm!

They truly do not care about anything but billing and taking your money.

Eric Moore trick me to cover it up the horrible services that I got from another associate who works in his firm.

He did absolutely NOTHING for me.

This entire firm is a billing machine SCAM.

Scheduled calls twice with for drafting a legal agreement with no calls back from the attorneys. Wildly unprofessional. I cleared my calendar two times for this.

Kevin Polis and his staff were phenomenal!
    I highly recommend this firm.
2019 was a very stressful time for my daughter and I. Dealing with a custody fight. I reached out to Kevin right before thanksgiving that year, I explained my situation and how the other party had no relation with my daughter. I went on to explain to him how much of a narcissist and manipulative he was. Kevin reassured me that he would fight for what is best for the child. It was a 2yr fight I am thankful that my cousin Wendy referred me to Kevin.
    Kevin doesn't play no games!!
He really does get the job done
Thank you all that have helped me and worked with me for the last 2yrs.

Ms. Brittany Dracup and her paralegal Martina Biaesch were very helpful with my divorce. Even when my ex husband and I were in compete agreement about how to handle everything, they made it easier for us to get a divorce in California while we both moved to different states and in the middle of a Pandemic. They were efficient, stayed on top of things and were clear about costs from the beginning. Thank you for making easier a difficult transition.

Outstanding personnel! Very professional, consistent, and most importantly (in my opinion) patient. The ladies did everything in their power to make it the smoothest process possible for me from when I was stationed over seas, till the very end. Highly recommend for anyone in the military who needs their assistance. You will not be disappointed!

This law firm is horrible. Attorney failed to represent me in my divorce, was unprepared for court didn't argue for my rights and failed to present evidence to the court. Now my children and myself are suffering, house is in foreclosure and I am left to file for bankruptcy while my ex has full control over family business. Biased attorneys who will charge you ridiculous amounts and do nothing to preserve your rights and protect your children.

Danger!! Stay away from this law firm!

They truly do not care about anything but billing and taking your money. Eric Moore didn't even want me to pay my personal taxes so that I'd have enough money to pay him. He did absolutely NOTHING for me. His last bill for me was over $70,000 for a single month and we didn't even go to trial. Overall, I was with him for just under a year but the first 6 months were inactive and he didn't do anything at all. After the cool-down period, he worked about 6 months, accomplished absolutely nothing, and billed me a quarter of a million dollars.

This entire firm is a billing machine SCAM.

His first question to me was about what my assets were. It's clear that from day one, all he cared about was how much I was worth so that he could drain my finances to serve his own self-interest. He's a complete fraud.

I urge everyone to stay as far away from this firm as possible. If you have any questions, please reach out to me. I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake as I did.

Fascinating how so many of these positive reviews are from people who have only done one review...Allow me to add my story to the terrible experiences with this firm. Late for meetings, unorganized, slow to follow up, not interested in your case, waiting until the last minute to do work, no strategy, no timeline, just bill. bill, bill. The key attorney on my case left the firm and I wasn't even informed about it. I mean, I know I wasn't always the best at following up but after nearly $200K of billings I finally had enough after they deposited my settlement money into a trust account that they control and have refused to release the funds to me. I've given them evidence of excessive late fees, over-billings, and poor service and they refuse to resolve it. I've finally taken them to Fee Arbitration with the Bar. I'll probably have to still sue them for Malpractice and Fraud. Do yourself a favor stay and away from this firm at all costs.

The absolute worst representation in San Diego. From the total incompetence and negligence, lies, and mismanagement made the already stressful process of divorce profoundly more overwhelming, costly and without any change In custody or child support from when we first began. Jeremy Boyer took on my case with an overinflated confidence and I had to chase him down to get my case moving forward From then on, Jeremy did nothing but cause further contention with my ex and initiating a totally unwarranted discovery process that took months to complete. His initial summary of my case was inaccurate and I needed to redo the entire document as it was full of assumptions, untruths, and evident that this was about creating conflict with my ex and lying to his counsel. When we went to court Mr. Boyer "forgot" my Income and Expense Declaration, which was the most important document to have at this hearing He nervously shuffled through his paperwork, made a call, and then asked me to decide to fate of my case. Opposing counsel served Mr Boyer with an order requesting that the judge dismiss all pleadings for child support and alimony due to not having a recent Income and Expense Declaration. I spoke with Mr Boyer the day before and I asked him if he had everything he needed for the hearing and how I needed to prepare. He told me to just "show up." At no time was I told that the court hearing could be extended which he later denied, despite witnesses hearing him communicate to me that I had to make a decision Immediately while Mr Boyer offered no advice and was entirely unprofessional, laughing and joking with opposing counsel at one point. After I was coerced into negotiating, we vaguely discussed wage garnishment and he stated, "we will take care of that for you." I have in writing after the court hearing to Mr. Boyer that my ex was paying me regularly, timely, and without incident. Months later I received a call from my ex indicating his wages had been garnished. I contacted his Mr Boyer said he was not obligated to inform me in writing of this motion. I then contacted the State Disbursement office and was informed that Mr Boyer had never submitted the IWO to the state and that my child support checks were being sent to my exes ex wife before me. I had to inform his paralegal of the legalities regarding state disbursements. No case number was assigned to me and when they did finally submit the order, Mr Boyers staff misspelled my name prolonging this even further .For 2 months I did not receive a child support check and Mr Boyer was unapologetic and took no accountability for the financial burden his negligence had on me and my children's well-being. I requested a change in representation . After repeated phone calls to the firm, I was contacted by Mr David Schulman who assured me that my case would be handled appropriately and that I would be credited monies owed for these mistakes. . I now owe $19,000 after having already Paid over $10,000 for noting!! my settlement was no different than at the beginning Before hired them. STAY away from these crooks. They will lie, make promises they never intend to keep and will create problems where there are none. My case was eventually settled in his office with a mediator and he told me that the divorce would be settled and that there was nothing left to do other than have me contact another lawyer to separate the finances of my exes assets through his work, ie filing a QDRO and sorting out 401k plans and money owed. I then get a notice about an FRC hearing and he insisted this was necessary. There is not enough room here to provide the blatant negligence of my case. If you hire this firm, be aware that they are all about creating non existent issues to keep their pockets filled. They are what gives Family/Divorce such a terrible reputation.
