Last year I found myself in the difficult position to seek legal advice for a separation. I consulted with 2 other places before I came across Livesay & Myers, P.C.

Called to schedule an appointment; they couldn't manage to confirm my appointment, claiming my email and phone number were not valid; both of which are valid and working. It is obvious that they did not email me nor bothered to call. Did not bother to correct the issue and had no reservation, canceling the appointment. Not being able to set an appointment correctly speaks of the caliber of service and attorneys. The only thing that was important to them was to make sure they get paid prior to the call.

My attorney Ms. Grant Miller has been nothing but supportive and professional through the process of my divorce. Divorces are stressful, but having Livesay & Myers representing me in court has been very successful thus far. You can't put a price on piece of mind. I am very grateful I choose this firm and could not be a happier client. I would highly recommend them if you are every in need of an attorney.

Emily Neuhausen, Rossy Membreno, and Matt Smith covered the majority of work on my most recent child custody and support legal battle. When the other parent, out of the blue, decided she wanted to try to flip custody by using aggressive and untrue accusations, I knew that Livesay and Myers was the only firm I could trust to help me through this nightmare. It took months, but through solid counsel and advice, Emily and the Livesay and Myers team stepped me through the many processes, motions, and hearings to conclude this matter in an even better position than when we started. In the end, it was clear that Emily's counsel and concern was exactly the right path to resolution, while opposing counsel at a different firm may not have been providing quality advice or even acting in the best interest of their client. I'm glad I went with the best professionals possible at Livesay and Myers.

I used this law firm for my post divorce issues. Maria Zamayar represented me when I thought my divorce was over and could move on with my life. I NEVER in my life would have thought I would have needed a lawyer. As soon as I chose her to represent me, she got right on my case and was very detailed. Anytime I had a question about something she would answer me promptly and in detail. If she was ever out of the house for something or had to be in court for a few days she would let her clients know and then would answer me back very quickly once she was in the office. She really fought for me and my needs throughout this case when the opposing was trying to take advantage. She truly wouldn't take no for an answer and fought for me every step of the way. I would very much recommend Maria for anyone that has any family/divorce issues!

Tatyana guided me through all phases of the process and Anisha chimed in to clarify or enhance all comms. The only real waiting was focused on the court after we'd done the paperwork, so thank you, Livesay & Myers!

Horrible experience. No response after they take the money. Looks like they treated me just as a source of income stream.

I recently needed to resolve an issue from my divorce that has been ongoing since 2013 (divorce was final in 2012). It involved a military retirement benefit. I enlisted the help of Livesay and Myers and worked with Anneshia Miller Grant and Tatyana Spurgeon - they were outstanding! Their understanding of my needs and being sensitive to what I was seeking as well as their responsiveness was exceptional.
