Dakota it has been my pleasure to wind you case up. Everyone knows your Dad is the Pastor of Bethel Temple. I knew it was growing and thriving but had never met Pastor Mike until he brought your case here. I wasn't sure what went on at Bethel but having met both of you I can now say without fear of contradiction that it is a place where one eye is kept on the flock within the church but the other is kept on the needs of our community. The many charitable endeavors of this church go above and beyond to put into action the commands of the Lord to help the poor and needy without reservation. At Bethel the Gospel is preached but it is also taken out into the community and put into practice. Quite impressive actually. Anyone looking for a church home would do well to check Bethel Temple out. Pastor Mike is a charismatic man and will welcome you with open arms. For those of you who might lean toward the more ancient form of worship you are welcome to join me( and a few more of God's Frozen People) at High Mass at the Church of the Holy Comforter. Fr. Paul- While headquartered in Chicago you are nationally recognized as an icon in the investigative field, an author and much sought after speaker. Your tireless work on behalf of wrongfully convicted citizens has brought you much deserved attention in the news and documentary. You are fiercely determined and a great warrior. If your travels ever bring you back to Texas I would be honored to work with you again.

The Robertsons did welcome me as a member of the family. That came complete with Mike's famous Razorboy"s BBQ in Atlanta, Texas, a seemingly inexhuastible supply if 5 star running backs and a lot people talking and laughing all at once all of whom claimed to be the best fisherman in Texas. Tell everyone I said hi and take care.

Leland was able to get me money for my medical bills, lost wages, & pain & suffering that other attorneys I spoke to couldn't. He is not afraid to take on the insurance companies or to take them to court. He was always upfront & honest w me. Thanks for the kind words Carol. It has been a pleasure to get to know you. In the course of doing business we have exchanged pictures of each other's families and swapped a few stories. That may to some seem trivial but it is not. It makes a difference to get to know the person involved in the case as more than a client. Gerry Spence at the Trial Lawyer's College in Dubois, Wyoming taught us getting to know the client and doing all you can to understand at a deep level what they are like, and how they were before they were hobbled by injury were all crucial to an effective presentation of each person as a real living, breathing human being. Unless you do all you can to see the case from his or her point of view you cannot expect to move a jury to understand pain, disability and loss of enjoyment of life which forced them to seek the aid of the judicial system.
