I hired Richard for a case that I won In a small claims court and was appealed by the dependent and he lost my case due to Lack of experience I think he dose not have any experience on cross examination. I think at my age at 65 I think I have more knowledge than he does i will not Recommend him to anybody

I will definitely be coming back in the future for other legal advice as needed. My goal is to let everyone know that the office of Richard T. Miller is the office to go to for legal assistance. I was able to get an invalid mechanic's lien removed from my residential property.

Richard T Miller got his license from a cereal box. He was hired to represent an aerospace company. He decided to file a UCC judgement lien against my company and my personal credit in 2017, after an agreement had already been made. 5 years later I discovered the lien is still in place and has been hurting my credit since. He lied to me about having no knowledge of the filing. I had to hire an attorney to draft a demand letter to remove the lien and threaten to sue. As of today, the lien still has not been removed. Please be advised, don't believe what Richard T Miller tells you. Beware. Here's proof of the termination my attorneys submitted and the UCC filing.

Richard Miller is a highly competent attorney who provides expeditious legal advice in probate and estate planning. Not only has my family been satisfied, but I have referred my friend to him as well. She,too, has been grateful for his astute legal advice. As an added bonus, he is is easy to talk to and a nice guy.

By far the most incompetent attorney I have ever encountered. I met with him once to help me with a clear cut case I would win. He wrote a demand letter that was to my detriment. I changed attorneys, successfully won my case, and months later Richard continues to email me despite my multiple requests to stop. Even his staff have told me that he has "no idea what he is doing." Sloppy and careless beyond belief.
