I am an aggressive criminal defense attorney and have been for the past 14 years. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as a police officer and an investigator for the National Labor Relations Board. Both positions provided me with an insight into how charges are investigated, documented, charged, and prosecuted. In addition I have a background in computer forensics having completed hands-on training using Encase Software, the software of choice for many law enforcement agencies. Most of my clients will tell you that I listen, work hard for them, and am not afraid to settle a case or take it to trial depending on the client's needs and wants.
