My practice is devoted exclusively to Estate Planning. While most people think of Estate Planning as having a Will, nothing could be further from the truth. A Will guarantees that your family spends unnecessary time and money in Probate Court. I help my clients plan their estates so their assets pass to their family members without the expense and delay of Probate.
I have a desire to educate as many people as possible on how to create plans that take care of their families without the involving Probate Court. I teach a six-hour Continuing Education class each semester at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas. For more information about the class go to http://harveylcox.com/mcc.
I am also an adjunct professor teaching Business Law, International Business Law, Employment Law, and Hospitality Law at Tarleton State University and McLennan Community College.

Add ReviewI help people get their legal lives in order and protect their assets. One of the biggest problems I encounter in my consultations with people is the incredible amount of misinformation, half-truths, and estate planning myths masquerading as truth. I find myself battling against incorrect information daily. That's why I devote a significant amount of my time to educating Seniors on Texas Estate Planning issues.
