The Law Office of Amanda F. Benedict is dedicated to assisting clients in two distinct areas: Appellate Representation (criminal and civil) and Bicycle Accident Representation.

Ms. Benedict started her career as an criminal defense appellate attorney at the non-profit law firm, Appellate Defenders, Inc. After working as a Staff Attorney for Appellate Defenders, Inc., for six years, Ms. Benedict opened up her own private practice.

Going into private practice enabled Ms. Benedict to expand her criminal appellate practice to include civil appeals and bicycle accident litigation.

Analyzing the law is Ms. Benedict's passion and she has been fortunate enough to have several published opinions, made countless appearances before the California Court of Appeal, and to have successfully argued cases before the California State Supreme Court.

Ms. Benedict is always on the look out for a new legal challenge.
