I'm filing a COMPLAINT with Civil Rights bc these White lawyers at Koffel Law are simply helping these privately owned jails (owned by other whites) TRAFFIC POOR HUMANS, like black and brown ppl by charging $15,000 (TO START) even when the DA HAS NO EVIDENCE IN THEIR CASE. THIS IS A DISCRIMINATIVE POLICY! IT WORKS TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST POOR PPL OF COLOR!!! AND THAT WILL BE MY COMPLAINT WITH HUMAN RIGHTS/CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION. I swear to GOD.

Tasha, you may be surprised to learn that we represent many minorities every year, and we have for several decades. We are grateful for this opportunity as and we see injustice as well.

A few months ago, I was just like you: confused, anxious, and looking for legal representation, reading Google review after Google review after Google review.

After Will took my case, I immediately found myself never once worrying about what was next nor afraid of some hidden problem around the corner. From beginning to end, he was clear, concise, thorough and (best of all) genuine. I discovered that I had options that I never even considered, which he carefully weighed for me.

Will's authenticity went a long way in making me feel understood and never judged. I wasn't treated as a case number but as a human being, if not a friend. In fact, Will responded so quickly to my questions that I felt like I was his only client -- and I asked a lot of questions. (Dumb ones, too.) That's why I've taken the time to add to the mountain of this firm's other glowing reviews. I highly doubt you'll find the sort of care and consideration that Koffel, Brininger & Nesbitt offers at such a reasonable cost, either. I quickly went from being shell-shocked about everything to feeling relieved and optimistic about my future. They took a very unfortunate situation and gracefully navigated me through it all. I'm now happy to say that I'm moving forward in a positive direction in life -- and it's all because of Will Nesbitt.

I highly recommend Tod Brininger! My son is Autistic and had a unique and difficult case. Tod went above and beyond to explain things to him and showed compassion and patience. Tod's assistant Dauna promptly returned my calls and emails and helped me feel at ease. I cannot thank this team enough and am truly grateful for them both. They rare people.

Brad Koffel and his firm were professional and thorough from the first meeting we had all the way to the end of legal process. Their efforts in defending this case were responsible for my case ending up with the best possible outcome when it was adjudicated.
