After 3+ years with no movement after my husband's interview and feeling completely hopeless, we saw a video of Josh and reached out. It was less than a year from the suit being filed and my husband arriving here. I know a law suit sounds scary, but it was the only way we got movement. We suggest if you are at a place where no one answers and you don't even know whose hands your paperwork is sitting in definitely reach out. We highly recommend Josh and his team.

Amazing and kind team. I had run into an unfortunate 221G Admin processing situation in my H1B process. I'd waited out for 4 months after my interview, with no end in sight, and was looking for solutions when I came across a video from Josh in YouTube. After reading up some info about them online, and some reviews, I decided to give it a shot. It was scary, and new, but the team was really great at answering all the questions I had. They went through my case in detail and drafted a case. The price they charged was also reasonable. All processes went smoothly. I am glad I ran into Josh's video, and would highly recommend the team to anyone stuck in a similar situation.

They solved my visa delay in record time (1 month). Passing from receiving no information from the embassy for 6 months to getting my visa in 1 month since filling the lawsuit was really a stress relief.

Efficient, fast, and professional.

First I contacted them through Google chat
They told me to make a phone call appointment for 15 free minutes of call time
I was confused about the appointment time so I asked them if it was MST or PST and they never got back to me
So I just waited longer for the call
They called and they said they didn’t help with deportation cases.
There was some sense of professionalism
But there wasn’t any connection or sympathy
It felt like all buisness

I would like to take a minute and do complement the Goldstein immigration law office. This team did an amazing job about my parents case it took us only 2 weeks after filing to get their visa approved. I am so happy to have my parents with me now. I am extremely satisfied with their professional service. On March 1st, I was told at the London Consulate visa interview that my O1 Visa case was refused under 221g and there was not sign that the case seemed to be moving foreword. I was depressed and almost gave up on waiting. one day I found this company online saying that they were specialized in handling cases like mine so I reached out to them, had consultation to see if I can take Mandamus action with them. As soon as I signed the contract, they issued/submitted my lawsuit, and about 1 and 1/2 months later, I received my visa in my hand. Josh team kept me updated from the start to the end of my lawsuit and I felt comfortable working with them. I cannot image how long I would have had to wait if I did not file the lawsuit with Josh team. If you are ready to take an action, you should reach out to Josh and his team to discuss your case!

Josh and his team are extremely friendly and yet super professional about helping families end their long waits to see each other. I had lost hope on getting to see my parents even after 5 years of waiting. Within ~3 months of my first contact with Josh's team, this long and painful wait has finally ended.
