Goldstein team helped me with a visa processing delay with my H-1B Visa . My case was stuck in Administrative Processing for more than 4 months with no end in sight and I was under immense pressure from my employer to return to the US as soon as possible or I would lose my position. That's when I hired Goldstein Immigration Lawyers to file a Mandamus Lawsuit on my behalf to help speed up the process. I explained about my situation. They drafted and filed the lawsuit in much less time than expected. Joshua Goldstein team promptly responded and explained the process. More specifically Agustina, was extremely responsive and was in constant contact with me trying to address my concerns. I trust them 100%. They went above and beyond to address my case and I would be unemployed and stranded away from home if it weren't for their extra effort. They are genuine, personable, dedicated, and they really do everything they can too help your case. This was the best decision I made in regards to my dramatic visa situation.
