I can't say enough about how thankful I am for the help Epperson Law was able to offer. They resolved something that could have been a terrible situation for me and my family. They cared enough to listen and respond to what I needed. I'm not sure what I would have done if they hadn't been there to stand-up for me in this situation.

First off let me start by saying that anyone considering this law firm should consider else where. My consultation was nothing but telling me one thing but when it came down to it they didn't commit. I was asked to tell the judge they were going to be late to court. Excuse me but am I representing you? If I can drive a couple hours the night before to make sure I'm on time for my meeting you would think the same courtesy would be had. The consultation cost 200 and representation was 3500 of Wich I paid 500$ the first meeting and was going to pay 1500 more the first day of court. Thank God I listened to my gut. after deciding that I wasn't going to be represented by Epperson they kept the extra 300 for what they called expenses. And had done absolutely nothing for me. I'm in the process of taking this to small claims it's not likely I'll get it back but I'm sure it will cost them the 300 in time or court fees by the time it's done. It doesn't sound like much but it is tough these days and I'm going through alot. I feel like they are at all interested in what's best for me and my children as they kept pushing to continue likely to secure the 3500 before I decided to not seek their counsel. They probably would have kept that too if I had paid.
If you want someone who's gonna listen to your needs and consider more than the money at stake go elsewhere. This is my opinion and not that of anyone else's as far as I know.
I'll be contacting the BAR association on Monday about the response and the money. I believe the case you referred to is actually a fictional attempt by my wife to gain some ground in a divorce. Thanks for showing how petty you are as a lawyer and concreting my claim to not use you. Apparently your not concerned with privacy of any kind. Even if your not my lawyer anymore there is still somethings you should have a bit of respect for.
