After the sudden death of my daughter, I had excellent service getting guardianship/conservatorship set up for my granddaughters. Domina Law helped me with the worst situation I'd ever faced. Everyone conducted themselves with professionalism and care and were attentive to what I was experiencing.

I like videoing depositions there. Voted for David Domina for Senate a few years ago. Wish he'd won that election!

I recommend the Domina Law Group and, in particular, Brian Jorde wholeheartedly and without qualification based upon Brian's successful trial court defense of the denial of a special permit for an 8-barn broiler chicken feeding operation in Lancaster County, NE. Brian represented a group of private homeowners and a nearby public school district whose lives and operations were threatened by the proposed animal feeding operation.

This review of Brian Jorde's winning trial work is unusual because I am not (and was) not a Domina Law Group client. I'm an active, but not currently practicing, member of the California Bar and, while living in Nebraska, I provided pro-bono permit opposition assistance to those homeowners and the school district representatives during their successful opposition to the permit application for an 8-barn broiler chicken operations in Lancaster County. When the unsuccessful permit applicants sued the County and asked a judge to overturn the County's permit denial and grant them their permit, I continued to provide pro-bono assistance -- with Mr. Jorde's approval and encouragement -- after the homeowners and school district hired Brian and the Domina Law Group to defend that lawsuit.

In this role, I had ample opportunity to watch and listen to the ways that Brian learned the facts about his case and got to know his clients as individuals. I also watched him educate his clients about his own strategies and information needs so that he could better represent their interests. From my perspective, Brian conducted a master class in case development, client relations, and trial strategies and tactics. He held regular Zoom meetings (during the pandemic year) and was always personable, at ease, and down-to-earth with his clients. He unfailingly answered every question they asked and he created and led a "team" trial defense experience for his clients that kept them fully engaged and informed prior to, during, and after the trial.

I have enormous respect for Brian's professional judgment, his knowledge of the law, his trial experience and skills, and his supportive and empowering client relations skills. Five stars are not enough to accurately reflect my praise for his work in this case or my unhesitating willingness to recommend him and the Domina Law Group to any prospective clients.
