I really can not say enough about this office. From the start I felt very comfortable talking with Wendy. She answered all of my questions and always called me back promptly when I had more.They took care of everything the way that professionals do. My son had been applying and re applying for social security disability for a long time and was denied time and time again. I explained his situation to Wendy and they took his case. I am so glad I found this office. They made everything so easy for us. If I could do anything different I would just have called them first, instead of trying to go at it alone. I would recommend this company to anyone filing for social security. Thanks DAA!!!

My wife has been disabled for several years and instead of pursuing disability for her just carried her on the books at our business. When we did decide to seek disability for her finally, we met up with resistance even to the point that a Social Security rep actually told my wife she was a "Liar". After getting nowhere with the SS dept, we decided to get in touch with someone who specialized in disability. Disability Action Advocates was who we chose and thank God we did! They have been very supportive and informative all the way through the experience and any time we had questions or concerns, they answered our questions.
After a very lengthy application process and court hearings, our attorneys and reps at Disability Action Advocates with us the whole way, we are finally approaching the finish line! I cannot stress how glad we are we chose this business to represent us. Thank you very much!!!

I had an excellent experience going through DAA for my appeal. Wendy was absolutely amazing, she was responsive, compassionate, and extremely helpful during the entire process. When the initial appeal was denied, she took the time to discuss the case and our options in detail. She made sure I was comfortable with the choice to continue and checked in with me regularly. Thanks to Wendy and DAA, I was able to win my appeal in court (over the phone) and I can honestly say I would not have had a chance without them.
My only complaint, and it is minor, is the inability to physically sit down with DAA or email correspondence. Given privacy and security issues and the limitations caused by COVID, these things are understandable.

This business was very professional, helpful , and understanding of my situation. I searched and called several different lawyers and only this company took the time to hear my story and decide to help me. They were with me every step of the way and guided me through everything.
