I am an returning client to this law firm. This time around is the worst experience ever for my son and I. I have had to check behind the paralegal multiple times. My son and I got into a accident 12/1/2019 and we finished everything by the end of March. I have literally had to call one of the doctors billing department to see if anything was sent from this law firm when it wasn't and then get back in contact with the paralegal to let them know that the reason why they are still waiting almost a month later was because they didn't send it to the right hospital which I understood things can happen. Now, recently I have had to get in contact with the other party insurance company just to here a demand wasnt sent out when i was told it was sent out 1 month ago and (my son months ago) that they are waiting on a response from the insurance company, but guess what there wasn't a demand ever recieved from this law firm and when I called the insurance company the lady told me to tell them to just fax everything over which i then told the paralegal and she said she would do it. I understand things happen and no one is perfect also with Corona slowing things down but for them to get 40% this is ridiculous and unprofessional! I don't know if they make more when a case is out longer but im basically helping them do there job!

We met with this client and addressed her concerns. She tried to log back in to correct this review and turn it into a positive review. However, she was locked out of her Google account therefore was unable to change it. We are very glad we were able to resolve the misunderstanding.

The Howell and Christmas law firm has helped me in many facets over the last 8 years. They closed my personal residence real estate transaction, have helped my family and friends with accidental issues, and have assisted me in many business related transactions throughout my professional career . They have went above and beyond the normal call of duty on numerous occasions when working for my clients, friends and family.

I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. They are class act individuals and a great asset to have for anyone who hires them.
