Avoid at all costs! I contacted them first in the beginning of September 2021 as my 2021 (6 month old) car was defective (the brakes are not working) and I wanted to claim the lemon law. I was dazzled by the reviews and thought that they must be a reputable firm. The document collection people contacted me to acquire all my documents, however I was on the phone with them for about an hour as my case was a bit more unique than a regular lemon law case, as the car was defective from the get go. The guy I was talking to seemed to be taking notes and he was going to convey them to the legal team. It took them 2 weeks to review my case. He called me back and I was shocked when he said that my case doesn't qualify for the lemon law! (Like if faulty brakes don't then what does?) I asked him if he conveyed the information I had provided him to the legal team, and he said what information. Obviously he never took any notes or conveyed the extra information to the legal team. He then said that he's going to take another two weeks to go through that "new" information and come back to me. Two weeks went by and I had to call multiple times until I got an answer, where he said again my case doesn't qualify for the lemon law… Well after they wasted my time for 1 month, decided to go after the manufacturer myself and guess what? I managed to get them to repurchase my car as it was clearly a defective car! The only reason I am leaving the review is to help anyone going through this process, I know how stressful it can get, but honestly save your time and contact someone else instead.

I would highly recommend Cali Lemon Lawyers. I didn't have what I would say is the strongest case, but they were willing to take my case anyway and exceeded my expectations. They were responsive to questions thoughout, and were available via text most hours of the day. The process is very simple. Manufacturer pays all legal fees, so never hurts to see if you have a case and Cali Lemon Law is the place to ask.

Michelle is an amazing and very professional Lawyer. I gave her my case for 2020 and she really fought for me without asking for extra fees after she won. (Other attorneys usually charge a percentage after they win the case). Best attorney I have ever had and hired. (I've had attorneys vanish after I hired them-I know so bizarre).
