I highly recommend Bisnar Chase. They are highly respected in the their field of practice and they are truly professionals in every.
From the beginning to the end and beyond I was provided with a team of caring individuals who helped me through the process with a great outcome.

Hiring Bisnar and Chase was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. When I first hired them I was told my case would be settled in two to three months. Around two years had gone by without receiving one status update and after six calls asking to speak to my attorney and not receiving one call back I wasn't even sure I had an attorney. Communication was so terrible I had to call attorneys that weren't even mine for answers to my questions. After several frustrating tries at contact I called asking to speak to Mr. Chase himself and obviously did not hear back.

I am disabled from brain cancer treatment and hiring them was supposed to make my life easier but that couldn't be further from the truth... I found myself doing their work for them that I was paying them to do..and was even given a hard time about my medical bills and expenses saying they did not seem real. Hiring them made the process 20x harder and am still stressed out to this day about how my case was handled. It's very difficult to see big businesses such as bisnar n chase completely take advantage of their clients and treat them like garbage while doing it! Sorry but I wouldn't use them again and couldn't recommend them. The point of hiring an attorney is to get more money and have less stress, my experience was the complete opposite They did not earn their fees or want to put the work in on my case. Unfortunately this review is 100% true so you know what you're getting in for. The lack of responsibility taken by this firm is absolutely amazing! They even have to prop up their own reviews by having employees rate them. They are masters of deflection, I sure hope you do some research and don't make the mistake I did. David: This is the fifth time you have posted & deleted this review. You know this is not a true statement of your experience with our office. We recovered a very substantial sum of money for you. You have repeatedly expressed your appreciation for our services and the recovery you obtained. Now you are lashing out at the firm publicly for some unknown reason. We've already discussed with you that the case would take two years or more to resolve because insurance companies don't pay out big recoveries for contested injuries without conducting discovery to verify your claims. The only way an insurance company would resolve your case in a few months would be because the insurance coverage was very small and settled quickly. You claim that you had to “do our job” when, in fact, what we needed was your help to identify your healthcare providers, employers, and other people with records that would evidence your damages and support your case. Sometimes this means that we must have our client directly authorize the release of records by a provider - a process that protects you and is not intended to shift work to you. You write you could not speak with people when you wanted to speak to them. We aren't aware of any time you were unable to speak to someone: Our records indicate an entire history of contact throughout your case. If an attorney were in trial, a paralegal would assist at that moment. We operate within limits, and scheduling, for the members of the firm who are responsible to advance the cases of many people at any one time. It appears that you are now updating your review to include slander about "employee reviews," as well as having your girlfriend post a separate slanderous review. Obviously, we care about your privacy and cannot discuss the details here of how successful your recovery was. We are completely unsure of your motives, especially after advising us how happy you were with our recovery. We've made every effort to address this publicly and will continue to do so to support our hard-working team.

A German Shepard bit me in June, and the owner tried to hide his assets, claiming not to be a homeowner. I hired Bisnar Chase, and Tom was assigned to my case. When I say he was terrific, I cannot stress it enough. Tom is the most compassionate man with a natural talent for listening and pulling facts from all the details to build an excellent case for me. I received three and a half times the compensation originally offered by the insurance company. I'm still completing rehab for my hand, but my case is closed, and Tom still checks in on me!

A German Shepard bit me in June, and the owner tried to hide his assets, claiming not to be a homeowner. I hired Bisnar Chase, and Tom was assigned to my case. When I say he was terrific, I cannot stress it enough. Tom is the most compassionate man with a natural talent for listening and pulling facts from all the details to build an excellent case for me. I received three and a half times the compensation originally offered by the insurance company. I'm still completing rehab for my hand, but my case is closed, and Tom still checks in on me!

I would not recommend this law firm. My boyfriend’s case with them went on for over two years and most of that time was spent in radio silence from his team. The only time he heard from them was for us to run around town collecting medical forms and documents they already had legal permission to receive directly from health providers. Something that truly bothered me was that his injuries and health expenses were called into question by the paralegal on his legal team. As background information: my boyfriend is a cancer survivor, but he is disabled and thus has many health problems. The vehicle accident he was in only exacerbated them and complicated his healthcare further. So when the validity of his injuries was called into question of course I was offended. How unprofessional and rude does one have to be to question a brain injury without medical knowledge?

They get two stars because they did recover a sum for my boyfriend, but their lack of communication was unprofessional and caused him a great deal of stress, stress he still deals with. He would go months in radio silence from them, at one point he even forgot he had an attorney because it had been such a long time since he heard from his team. All he ever wanted was communication from his team, an update on how the case was going, etc. Was that too much to ask for?

Dear Alejandra Garcia, Since you were not our client and were not involved in our many conversations with your boyfriend about his case and what was happening with the long processes we were forced to pursue with two different insurance companies because of their resistance to blindly paying him a fair compensation, you have no basis to make valid comments on our representation. In light of your boyfriend’s continued submissions (4) and then retractions (4) of his reviews, your post comes across as retaliatory and to serve no purpose other than to harm the firm. We understand you might want to advocate for your boyfriend, however, he left the review yet again, so it seems your purpose for doing so, is to cause harm. We dispute the validity of that advocacy when you don’t know what occurred with his case.

Gavin Long is a very talented attorney. I had a complicated case that was nearing the statute of limitations because the prior attorney I had just kept sitting on it. I called Gavin and he not only took over my car accident case, but he was so patient with all my questions, and I never felt rushed or ignored. My case was settled out of court, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Gavin does not mince words, is aggressive & knows what he is doing!
